Does Compass Cycle offer a monthly membership?
YES! Compass Cycle does offer an unlimited monthly membership. You have unlimited access to any of our cycle or flow classes {over 35 classes each week}. There is no long-term commitment or joining fees. You may cancel your membership at any time, as long as we have 15 days notice BEFORE your series is set to auto-renew. This series will auto-renew unless you notify us 15 days in advance to stop the auto-renew. To see all of our pricing options, click here.
Is there a beginner class?
CYCLE: We do offer a Rhythm Riding Basic class monthly. In this 90 minute workshop we will go over bike set up, cues and moves you will hear//see regularly in class and proper alignment. This workshop ends with a 30 minute ride
FLOW: Our Flow Foundations workshop is also offered monthly and covers the basics of our style of yoga. This 90 minute workshop will introduce our format, demonstrate proper alignment techniques and run through a 30 minute class
If we’re not offering this workshop when you’re looking to ride// flow – don’t worry! We have beginners in almost every Compass class – make sure to arrive 15 minutes early and we will help get you acclimated and ready for class
How is Compass Cycle + Flow different from other cycling or yoga classes?
All of our classes offer a full body workout. In our cycle classes we incorporate hand weights for a full body workout and in our flow classes, we sprinkle in some challenging moves targeted to various muscle groups. We move to the beat of the music in all our classes and focus on channeling a mind-body connection while leaving the outside world behind for the duration of class
How old do you have to be to ride/flow at Compass?
Riders must be at least 4’11” {there is no height requirement for a flow class} and at least 12 years old. *Please note, if you are under 18, your parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver in person
